Before you book
How soon will you reply?
Usually the same day, typically within one working day maximum. WhatsApp is quickest because we check it constantly—classes go from mid-afternoon through evening, so we look at daytime messages when there are gaps between lessons.
What takes place during the assessment.
Your child gets a 20-minute session with a teacher we match to suit them. We first understand what your child can already do comfortably, and then deliver a short lesson starting from that point. You are welcome to stay seated nearby and observe the session unfolding.
Do we have to pay for the evaluation?
No. We don't ask for payment upfront, and we don't have a cancellation form. If we feel we are not right for your child, we say no rather than take you on.
Can we still book if we're outside India.
Yes, we do. Tell us where you are and we will fit times to your local evening. We have worked across several time zones before.
