These subjects form two parts of one larger question: how can people who are genuinely different coexist in a fair way, and who bears responsibility for ensuring it happens. Diversity is about the differences that actually exist between people. Government describes the shared system designed to protect all people within those differences. The two concepts together provide more clarity than examining them separately.

Conflating them, when diversity merely means existing as different, while discrimination represents the unfair and deliberate act of treating someone worse for that difference. A useful way to distinguish them: is this only a difference, or is someone being prevented from accessing something because of it? The latter is what constitutes discrimination.

Retakes are unlimited. The test draws questions from a bank with both question order and answer choices randomised afresh on each attempt, preventing success through memorisation of previous answer locations. A second attempt seven days later yields significantly more useful insight than retaking the same evening.

Worksheets work through a single topic thoroughly and require your marking on paper. These tests mark themselves. They solve different problems - a test shows where the weakness is, while a worksheet fixes it. Families typically benefit more from ten minutes of testing than from an hour of drill work on something that was never the issue.
