This follows NCERT Science for Class 7, the textbook CBSE schools use and what state boards closely follow at this stage. ICSE teaches the same material but explores physics topics more thoroughly, so the test remains helpful for them, though an ICSE student might find some questions on light and motion somewhat less demanding than their curriculum requires.

When a timer runs on an unfamiliar test, it measures nervousness alongside science knowledge equally. In timed mode, roughly forty-five seconds are available per question, which matches the tempo of actual examinations.
