NCERT Honeydew and its grammar companion, which is what CBSE schools follow. ICSE and state boards teach the same grammar - tenses, voice, speech and clauses - in a similar order, so the test is still useful there, even though the set text differs.

When timed, approximately one minute per question is provided, matching the exam cadence typical at this level.

Repeated attempts are welcome. The test draws questions from a pool and reshuffles both their order and the position of answers on each new attempt, so your child cannot succeed simply by recalling that the correct answer was in the third position before. Testing again after a week provides much more insight than retesting the same day.
