What a Class 6 parent is actually paying for
Class 6 marks the jump from one teacher to six. It's the first year of NEP 2020's Middle Stage, and the day transforms completely. World Around Us splits into Science and Social Science, each with its own textbook and homework. A third language starts. Every subject has a different teacher, so no one adult sees your child's complete picture any more. Maths shifts too: negative numbers, calculations with fractions and decimals, and letters replacing numbers. Most Class 6 struggles aren't about ability - they're about a child organized for one teacher now juggling six.
What changes at Class 6

- Adds, subtracts, multiplies and divides fractions and decimals, not just names them
- Finds factors, multiples, HCF and LCM and uses them inside a word problem

How much does Class 6 tuition cost per month?
It depends on how many subjects: 1 subject is ₹3,000 a month (2 days a week), 2 to 3 subjects is ₹6,000 a month (4 days a week), all subjects is ₹8,400 a month (5 to 6 days a week). Every class is one-to-one and 60 min long. There is no admission fee, no material fee and no annual charge on top.
Does Class 6 cost more than other classes?
A little. Class 6 to 8 costs 20% more than Class 1 to 5, because subjects separate out and each needs a teacher with real depth in it. Class 9 and 10, the board years, cost 40% more.
Is there anything to pay before classes start?
