What a Class 10 parent is actually paying for
Class 10 is the first year your child sits an examination set by someone who has never met them. That is the real shift, and most problems in the board year come from this rather than from the syllabus itself. The content is demanding but finite: trigonometry, quadratic equations, arithmetic progressions and similarity in maths; chemical reactions, life processes, electricity and light in science. What is genuinely new is writing for an unknown examiner to a marking scheme under time pressure, across every subject simultaneously. We teach Class 10 without hype – no guaranteed marks, no fear-based timetable, and an honest answer if you are starting late.
What changes at Class 10
- Solves quadratic equations by more than one method and knows which to choose
- Uses arithmetic progressions in a word problem, not only in a given sequence
- Applies trigonometric ratios and identities, including in height and distance questions
- Uses similarity of triangles to justify a result, with reasons written out
What Class 10 parents tell us goes wrong
- Cannot factorise reliably, which makes quadratic equations painful from the first day
- Knows the trigonometric ratios and cannot draw the diagram a height and distance question needs
- Writes everything they know instead of what the question asked, and runs out of time
- Revises by re-reading, which feels productive and retains almost nothing
Fees for every other class
Banded by stage, so Class 1 to 5 is one price, Class 6 to 8 another and Class 9 and 10 a third. Nothing is quoted on a call.
- Class 1 · ₹3,000
- Class 2 · ₹3,000
- Class 3 · ₹3,000
- Class 4 · ₹3,000
- Class 5 · ₹3,000
- Class 6 · ₹4,000
- Class 7 · ₹4,000
- Class 8 · ₹4,000
- Class 9 · ₹5,000
What Class 10 tuition covers
Class 10 fees - what parents ask
How much does Class 10 tuition cost per month?
₹5,000 a month for Class 10 in a live group of three, covering 16 live classes/month. One-to-one is more. That is the published price for Class 9 and 10, and there is no admission fee, no material fee and no annual charge on top of it.
Why does Class 10 cost more than other classes?
Fees are banded by stage rather than set per class, so Class 9 and 10 is one price. Class 9 and 10 cost more because the teaching is board-exam work: past papers, marking schemes and answer structure, which needs a subject specialist rather than a generalist.
Is there anything to pay before the first class?
No. The first class is free and there is no card involved, so there is nothing to cancel if it is not right. Payment starts only from the month you decide to continue.
What does a Class 10 parent get for that fee?
Every subject your child's school is covering, Aligned to CBSE, ICSE or your state board, Exam & revision preparation - and a monthly note on what the teacher actually noticed, which is the part most families say they had never had before.
The Class 10 price is on this page. The first class is free.
One live class, no card and nothing to cancel. Afterwards you get an honest note on what the teacher actually noticed - including if we think your child does not need tuition.
- Tell us the class, the board, and where it is going wrong.
- We find a teacher who has taught that exact thing, and offer a slot.
- A free 20-minute assessment - stay and watch if you would like to.
- No card, nothing to commit to
- Live classes, never a crowded room
- One teacher, every single week
