This test addresses the GCERT Class 9 Gujarati curriculum taught across Gujarat State Board schools. While the 2023 state legislation mandates Gujarati instruction only through Class 8, most schools in Gujarat extend teaching to Class 10 regardless. As a consequence, CBSE and ICSE schools functioning in the state cover the same sandhi, samaas and alankar material that this test draws upon for its questions.
