Online test for Class 10 Science

Twenty-six questions drawn from physics, chemistry and biology across the whole Class 10 year, rather than one chapter, because the board paper never separates them cleanly - a question on the eye assumes light, and a question on reproduction assumes control and coordination. Every question explains its reasoning after you answer, and the last screen names the chapters to go over.

  • 26 questions, marked instantly
  • Every answer comes with the reasoning
  • Ends by naming what to revise
  • Nothing stored, no account, no email

Class 10 Science test - common questions

Is this Class 10 science online test free?

Completely free, with zero sign-up required. You need provide no email, create no account and undertake no login process. The test works directly in your browser without storing anything - your score appears on screen but vanishes when you close the tab. Our privacy policy documents this approach rather than asking you to take it on trust.

Which syllabus does it follow?

This draws from NCERT Class 10 Science, spanning physics, chemistry and biology following the CBSE pattern. ICSE and state boards cover largely identical core material albeit with varying depth and terminology, so the test remains applicable to them, though an actual ICSE paper may balance chapters differently.

Is there a timer?

Timed mode is optional and disabled initially. Your first try should show what your child genuinely knows rather than speed while being timed. The timed mode provides roughly one minute per question, about matching board pace for objective science questions.

Can my child take it more than once?

Students may attempt it repeatedly. The questions come from a pool with both the order and answer options randomised on every attempt, making it impossible to succeed simply by recalling which position held the answer previously.

How is this different from your Class 10 science worksheets?

Worksheets focus on a single chapter in depth and require your marking; these tests self-mark and integrate physics, chemistry and biology in the same fashion as board examinations. A test identifies where understanding falters, and a worksheet addresses that gap.
